Where do I start? The shoebox room was not close to what we paid for. The staff was inattentive, causing us to purchase our own toilet paper and water. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We travel all around Asia. Save your money and sleep on the beach....filthy, old and forsaken establishment.

I spent two nights with my father and my brother. It was very nice. Breakfast was a little bit poor but whatever we had was quite good. Other from that it was nice location in the old city of Chiang Mai. Everything was by foot and we liked it.

Get the room with a nice balcony facing the pool and courtyard!! Easy walking around old town. We enjoyed our stay ! Bed was comfortable, room was big, nice balcony Big bathroom but it had a confusing shower wand and shower head. Room did have a step up in the room to a raised floor About 8 inches. We didn’t eat in the restaurant so we can’t help with that !

We enjoyed our stay at De Lanna Hotel. Excellent location in the old town of Chiang Mai with many good restaurants and spas nearby. There was only warm water in the shower for the first two days, but on the third day, the water was hot enough.

This hotel was very nice, very central and felt very homely. The rooms were decorated very nicely but a big problem for me was the outlet placement? There are no outlets close to your bed to charge your phone and I had to leave my phone on the other side of the room to charge like a peasant. Everything is walking distance. Great nightlife nearby. The pool was also very good.

When I booked, it mentioned including breakfast but ended up we have to pay additional 500 baht for two breakfasts. Possibly your apps is misleading or your communication with the hotel is no good!

quaint cosy little hotel. it’s decent; albeit a bit dated. good walking distance to shops, and walkable to tha pae gate the congee for breakfast was really good! that was my favorite part

the air conditioner is very ******* noise and I cannot sleep well at night so I cancelled the final night and I booked another hotel in agoda. Don’t ******* book this noise hotel.

Overall the location of the hotel was great and the environment of the area was very nice. But the rooms lacked the basic hygiene amenities ex; toothbrush
