Good location with walking distance to Chang Moi. Although the setting is in old style, the room is spacious and clean.

Really happy we booked this hotel. Its close to everything and there’s free shuttle to central festival mall

The air conditioning in the room is noisy and loud. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean and had a great view of the city and mountains. I stayed there nights and was given room upgrade. Restaurants and tourist attractions are in walking distance. I will surely come back again.

This hotel has large comfy room, the reception is very nice and staff welcoming, unfortunately the carpets in lift and bedroom badly stained and the whole place needs painted, it really lets the place down. The other thing was bathroom shower mouldy. The breakfast is basic but has a choice of hot and cold dishes.

Amazing place in the middle of everything and yet away from the busyness so that you can find respite. Walk to nearby food in all variety, transportation in ample supply, grocery and pharmacy nearby. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean. Didn’t not use the pool but visited it. The lobby is huge and inviting with cafe in the middle to meet and greet. Northern Thai is friendlier than Bangkok. Streets are walkable but don’t be on your phone but pay attention to the sidewalk unless you trip. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

While a little dated, the room is large and has a balcony. The bathtub is decent and fills quickly and the room AC is strong.

We stayed in the princess suite on the 4th floor and found it very nice . Had great views & aircon was noisy and needed turning off so I could sleep . Overall it was okay maybe a standard room Would be just as good a stay but obviously without the extra space . We stayed 3 nights .

Great place a little dated but otherwise very good. Very good location.
