Pros:
Nice and clean hotel with small pool.
The staff very helpful and serviceable.
Located close to the south east of the old city, it's easily accessible to many places.
The double room is big and comfort.
Happy hours afternoon is nice.
There is no desktop in the room but the staff brought me a table and a chair from the dining area.
Cons:
The bathroom had only shower head without a pipe.
Hot water was something not really hot.
There is no real closet so few hooks in the room to hang the coat could be appreciated.
Breakfast had choice of several options but was disappointing, without single vegetables except of one single cherry tomatoes with the scrambled eggs.

Great location , walking distance to Big C supermarket and eateries. Away from the husle busle ! Our second stay at this cosy resort !

Room- we booked a deluxe room, it was extremely clean, the bed is one of the comfiest mattresses! The shower and bathroom has a fun design and was nice to use.
Service- when we arrived we were told we booked a twin room despite my booking showing I selected a double bed. Staff were extremely helpful and swapped our mattress over to a double bed the following day
Facilities- advertised as a pool and gym. The gym is extremely small and has basic equipment. The pool is nice but very small (photos definitely make it look bigger!) and cold. Due to the shady streets it’s often out of the sun (although this is common for most places in chiang mai).
Location-
Just off the main old town square was nice for us as it meant it was maybe a bit quieter. We didn’t mind the 10 minute walk to where we needed. Plus grab/tuk tuk in the area is easy to get

Struttura semplicemente deliziosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e camere pulite. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno aiutate a prenotare un’escursione a Chiang Rai.
Riprenoterei sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente: tutto perfetto!
