My experience at this hotel was great. The staff were helpful, and the hotel was very clean. The room was spacious, and the gym was well-equipped and open 24 hours. The only thing I wished for was that an amenity kit was provided.
During my last stay, I was having a hard time and ordered food delivery to the hotel. I asked the staff to bring the food up to my room because I wasn’t feeling well enough to go downstairs. They kindly helped, and it really impressed me.

One of the best breakfast buffet in Thailand. Good size gym with well stocked workout equipment, pool, kids pool and play area, rooftop bar and overall great amenities. You all are doing good, keep it up.
Personal Experience:
The bed was comfortable and my overall experience was great. Very clean and the sheets felt like brand new when slept on it.
The main rooftop was closed during my visit, hope to experience it during my next trip.
Areas of improvement:
Could work on greeting guests upon arrival. 5 star hotels like Maladee did good for me and many others like the Taj in India do a phenomenal job at welcoming guests.
A few complimentary snacks, tea and coffee would be great in the room. This could include any cup noodle or a good granola bar for guests especially the ones arriving late at night and just want a bite. You can still charge for extra amenities like the beer or other snack.
There is ample staff here, a small tour of the hotel would be awesome especially when the guest request it.

Traveled to CNX for business plus vacation at the weekend - if it hadn’t been for Melia, the trip would not have been comfortable. All the staff from entrance to the housekeeping, they are well - trained and most importantly, Melia feels like home. The Level rooms are better and the restaurant downstairs is superb.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the local attractions, making it easy to enjoy the area. The breakfast is variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return in the future.

Great location next to Night Bazaar. Room is spacious with a comfy bed. Ceiling is low since it was renovated from old hotel. Good breakfast.

The back door access to the night bazaar is now blocked with construction. You will need to take a big round access to the night bazaar. The room cleaning service deteriorated from the last time I visited.
