I stayed here with my mom and grandma (who have mobility issues) and the experience was exceptional. The hotel staffs and owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, treating us like family and offering amazing support, especially for my grandma. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily without us even needing to ask. The location is ideal — it's in a peaceful area, just a 10-minute drive from Chiang Mai’s main attractions and the airport. It’s perfect for families or even solo travelers looking for a quiet escape from the busy city, while still being close enough to get around easily. The complimentary airport pickup and drop-off is also a great bonus. And I can’t forget the adorable hotel cat, which added a lovely, homey touch to our stay!
Enjoyed the Japanese hotel with onsen, towels and kimonos available. You can find time at night to use the facilities even though it’s hot outside!
Bed was very comfortable i wanted to return to rest.
Aircon temperature works too, small room indeed but few nights is okay.
Water pressure in bathroom was abit low and I thought it’s abit weird to shower in the wooden tub as not sure if they clean it well after each guest?
Enjoyable stay no less, nicely located to go about
The hotel is near the old town, and it is very convenient for eating. There are several small restaurants nearby that are cheap and delicious. The hotel has a swimming pool and the owner is also very nice, but the breakfast is a bit monotonous.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street, which is fantastic. Everything is conveniently close by. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the lady at the front desk – I think her name was Ellie. Our room was clean and comfortable. We even received a complimentary upgrade because the hotel wasn't too busy!
Very friendly staff. It looked nice from the outside, but the room itself was very basic, dated, and didn't look very clean. I would skip breakfast; it could be much tastier and more extensive in any of the surrounding cafes or restaurants.
very affordable hotel in Chiang Mai and just a walk from Chiang Mai Gate Market…highly recommended…the room is also wide and cleaned daily…plus they dont require a deposit…there are nearby convenience stores, hospital, massage, 24 hr laundry shop…best to book during weekends as it is near Wua Lai Walking Street which opens on Saturdays and there are more Street Food Vendors in front of the Gate Market at night…since its near the gate of the old city, Wat Jetlin and Watchediluang are just a walk away
I stayed at Good Sleep Guest House during my trip to Chiang Mai and honestly, it was a lovely experience. The room was clean and cozy, with everything I needed—air conditioning, a comfy bed, and even some thoughtful touches like slippers and toiletries. The location was also super convenient—just a short walk to Chiang Mai Gate, local cafes, and night markets.
This hotel is very strategic , just a 5 minute walk away from Saturday walking street. The front desk lady that works from 1pm to 10pm has a solution to anything that you request. She is very responsive and fast. She is also very helpful and friendly. The hotel room is very clean and toilets are super clean. If you call grab, don’t worry that grab driver does not know the place. The hotel is quite established and they do have promotional rates if you sign up to a tour during your stay. I would really recommend this place if you are alright with hotel with no frills . Breakfast is standard fair everyday so can’t fault much . The hotel’s pool was not working during my stay because of the recent floods and they have to do a cleanup. Overall I will definitely come here to stay again , close to the action but away from the hustle and noise.
I really like this place. It is very convenient to walk to Chiang Mai Gate. In the morning and evening, there are many food options in the old city. The accommodation is very chill. In the evening, we can sit and enjoy the atmosphere in the quiet and atmospheric local community. Near the accommodation, there is a local grilled fish shop that is very delicious. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back to stay again.

GGuest UserLe Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai truly exceeded all expectations, offering an exceptional experience that left us in awe. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were captivated by its stunning modern architecture and state-of-the-art appliances that perfectly blend luxury with comfort.
David and his mother, the attentive hosts, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection. Their warm hospitality and wealth of knowledge about the local attractions made our trip truly unforgettable. They were always ready to advise us on the best places to visit, dine, and explore, enhancing our Chiang Mai adventure significantly.
The hotel's location was a true gem, conveniently close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer. Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, we didn't waste any time getting to our luxurious haven. Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors.
As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it.
One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration.

Thank you, David and the entire team, for making our stay so memorable and leaving us with an indelible impression of exceptional hospitality and beauty in Chiang Mai.
Tterrel1919The location is at Chiang Mai Gate. There is a night market not far from the hotel. It is very lively at night and it is convenient to walk to the ancient city. The hotel breakfast is also very good. The staff is warm and hospitable. It is suitable for friends to travel together
IIrvin Chi-ISnugged in a corner of a residential area is this gorgeous hotel that matches its name - White. Two 4 storey buildings and an open pool area make up this comfortable hotel with big huge rooms! Don't expect too much variety for your breakfast but it is sufficient!
The location of the hotel is relatively near to (within 10 mins walk): 1) Chiang Mai Gate Market, 2) Anusarn Market, 3) Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, and 4) Wau Lai Walking Street by the river of Mae Kha Canal.
You'll have to take time and walk around this area. If you stay around here for more than 3 days, you will find that this area has many little shops and restaurants littered all around that serves fabulous food at very affordable prices! Enjoy your stay! God bless! 😁👍👌✝️❤️
HHENGXIAOThe room is clean and tidy, suitable for young friends, affordable, service is OK, the location is relatively deep and not easy to find, the hotel's logo is not very prominent, the overall is still very good!
XXiaoxiaoaitravelI stayed for another night and the experience was very good. The room faced the sun, the climate was very comfortable in the morning and evening, and there was plenty of sunlight at noon. My dad usually likes to drink tea on the balcony, but this time he took his parents out and they liked it very much. The hotel owner and staff are very friendly, and the European and American tourists staying in the hotel are also very friendly. It is also very convenient to take a taxi when going out every day. I will still choose here if I come back in the future.
SSuperchickThe staff are extremely helpful, as I had luggage and I was on the second floor and they helped me take my backyard up as well as when I was checking out and helped me with my luggage down the stairs again.
The front desk was very helpful and received mail for me that was sent from Phuket to Chiang Mai. They help by checking the mail as well as calling the post office to find out what time it was going to be delivered. Super help and so welcoming.
