The staff provided excellent service and offered great recommendations for nearby attractions. The in-room facilities were decent, but there were no slippers provided, nor small amenities like cotton buds, cotton pads, toothbrushes, or toothpaste (you should bring your own).

I was impressed with the comfortable and clean bed/pillows. The location isn't bad and you can enjoy river views. The building is new. I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, but it's better than nothing. It would be great if they could improve the breakfast service, at least by allowing guests to order additional items as an add-on. The bathroom was a bit dark.

A good hotel overall: Beautiful view from the 8th floor (where breakfast is served). However, the breakfast itself wasn't great – no vegetables, fruits (only bananas), or cereals. There's no kettle in the room. Occasionally, a sewer smell wafted in from the street. On the positive side, there's spacious parking and excellent service at the reception. Overall, my impressions were mostly positive. (Photo shows the view from the 8th floor.)

The room was very clean and exactly as pictured, beautiful and comfortable. It was also super easy to find food nearby. I loved it! If I go to Chiang Rai again, I'll definitely stay here. I highly recommend it!
