Hotel Selene Chiang Rai

We loved this hotel, lovley staff, fast lifts, great breakfast, best beds, fantastic bathroom amenities, pool and bar service, would have liked the pool to be a couple of degrees warmer, 70 baht to the bazaar via grab and fast service, yes I would stay here again 100% thank you for a lovley stay

A good hotel in Chiang Rai. The room layout is nice and breakfast is pretty good. It’s not close to any attractions so will need to take taxi or tutu.

Nice view from the top floor, great big bed, very helping and smiling ladies at the reception. Service at the kitchen of the restaurant needs improvement - when I’ve ordered a dish without meat sausages (because I don’t eat any kind of meat) and ask the servant to check this I ve got finally the dish with meat sausages, so sad. And that would be also nice to have more fish dishes for breakfast. For the week of my stay there they served fish only once.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made a great first impression. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the common areas, which were clean, modern, and relaxing. The location was also perfect—convenient and close to everything I needed, yet still quiet enough for a peaceful stay. What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and happy to help, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service.
