Che dire!! Nel complesso buono ma qualche critica fa bene anche per migliorare. La location è eccellente ed ugualmente la struttura. Iniziamo dalla camera. Sconsiglio la numero 24 e comunque tutte le camere che affacciano sul prato perchè sono apposti comignoli da cui fuoriescono fastidiosi rumori pressochè costanti anche di notte verosimilmente per qualche motore in uso sconosciuto. Molto bella e grande la piscina e confortevole per una lunga nuotata. Eccellente la SPA (particolare apprezzamento per la massaggiatrice Miriam veramente professionale). Per la ristorazione ottimo il servizio ai tavoli ma la cucina scarsa e disorganizzata. Pietanze molto salate e (la prima sera) servite in tempi biblici. Consiglio di migliorare con i suggerimenti proposti per raggiungere una eccellenza.

Grande qualita' in tutto dalle camere , alla spa , alla piscina e il ristorante con piatti curati e una bella carta dei vini. La struttura e' una vera chicca sui colli piacentini , consigliata a coppie , noi abbiamo dormito nella torretta 700 a notte ma ben spesi perche' disposta su piu0 piani circa 100 mq di ambienti piu' il giardino esterno privato. Nulla da dire complimenti a tutto lo staff ritorneremo

sono stata in questo relais nel mese di luglio : luogo molto rilassante , ben tenuto e personale molto gentile . validissimo per un weekend fuori porta all’insegna del relax . Buona anche la cucina presso il ristorante. Proporzionato il costo!

Concordo pienamente con la recensione precedente Il relais e’ un continuo vorrei ma non posso eccetto per …..il conto Location non male ma : Ristorante….nella media eccetto per i prezzi abbastanza alti Spa vecchiotta Wi fi ….inesistente Materassi ….da rivedere Colazione….indecente Camere a seconda piano senza ascensore Per 250 euro a notte in B&B tutte queste pecche non sono accettabili Consiglio se si voglia mantenere quei prezzi di lavorare su servizi perché cosi’….nn funziona Unica nota positiva…l’accoglienza.Il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile e professionale

Bellissimo relais ma gestito per me male. Siamo arrivate al mattino. Durante il check in, invece che darci il benvenuto, ci è stato detto che eravamo arrivate troppo presto (11 del mattino) e che la stanza non era pronta, ma non ci interessava visto che la piscina e la spa erano piene da persone che non erano ospiti, ma venivano in giornata, saperlo andavo in una piscina comunale e spendevo meno… quindi non abbiamo usufruito del servizio. Consiglio di indicarlo sul sito, per le persone che cercano tranquillità. Avevo con me il mio bassotto, che non poteva entrare in Spa ( giustamente) in piscina e al ristorante.. quindi da nessuna parte.. purtroppo non ci sono sedie e lettini sul prato, quindi non potevo neppure stare lì col cane. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante in quanto il cane non poteva entrare, quindi abbiamo rimediato con un aperitivo all’aperto nei pochi tavoli fuori.. In stanza l’aria condizionata faceva un rumore molto forte. Lo abbiamo detto alla ragazza alla reception, la quale ha risolto immediatamente il problema, grazie ad un’altra ragazza che ha sistemato l’aria per la notte, altrimenti era impossibile dormire. Non funzionava il lampadario, ma mi sono dimenticata di dirlo in reception. Colazione minimale e molto lento il servizio. Wi fi inesistente.. non prendeva nè in camere né alla reception, quindi aveva problemi.. purtroppo non funziona neppure il 5G, quindi isolati da internet. Relais bello ma con troppi problemi
