This is a comfortable and classic ********* style hotel! It’s super clean and the service is awesome! They have a mini bar downstairs with some cookies and sodas. The food is just okay but it has variety of them. We can make our own traditional local dish, and it is fun to cook our own noodles! It’s sad that the season we arrived was too cold so the pool and the ceiling bar was closed :( But to us it’s still a perfect accommodations experience. It also close to several nice food! Definitely recommend:)

We love the size of the room. I just wish they have on site laundry also provide ironing facilities. The staffs were helpful. I requested for extra towels and pillows for my daughter.

Very clean, pleasant hotel. Love the welcome free drink and snack area. Got room upgraded when we told them it’s our anniversary, so very grateful! So called Bussiness Center is just 2 old computers, no good for anyone. Staff need more training on how to greet guests, not very personable. Great to have an outdoor swimming pool but on the small side. Hotel is out of the town so be prepared. All in all, great value and we had a pleasant stay.

Pleasant room . Comfortable. Nice bed and blanket . Clean but corners some dust. Quick check in. Auntie cleaner is friendly. Room no odor . Cons: Too many tour group, they woke up as early as 5am and very noisy ! I purposely requested for quieter room. The water flow sound is super loud. It would me more pleasant if there is no noise at 5am .

very clean, very new, lots of parking spaces, excellent services, quiet, convenience, excellent locations, no traffic, wonderful breakfast. Definitely will visit again.

We booked two double rooms this time, and upon checking in, we were upgraded! We were so happy! However, one room had a very strong aroma, which my family didn't like. We called the front desk and someone immediately addressed it and switched us to a quadruple room. It was a bit embarrassing and a bit of a shock. I'm so grateful, thank you so much! 👍 Unfortunately, the pool and bar were closed due to the typhoon... We'll have to return next time!!!

There's a swimming pool and a small bar on the 9th floor of the hotel, open from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., but it was closed when I went up that night. There's a hot pot buffet on the first floor, which was delicious and affordable, and the service was also good. (The only downside is that the baby dining chair is quite large, suitable for babies around 2 years old, which would be a bit inconvenient if you're traveling with a younger baby.) We stayed in a 73-person room, which was clean and spacious. Since we had a baby, the hotel provided a crib (but no baby bathtub). However, the crib's mattress was quite hard, and my baby refused to sleep in it that night because he might not be comfortable. I hope the hotel can address these minor shortcomings so that future guests will experience a wonderful vacation at the hotel.

This is my second stay. The room is spacious and bright, the bathroom facilities are perfect, and the parking lot is free, making it perfect for a family trip. However, on my first night, I asked the front desk if there was an iron I could borrow. The lady at the front desk said yes and told me to just go down to the lobby to get it. However, when I asked to borrow an iron the next night, the male staff at the front desk said there was no iron and that they had never had one. This was the only downside to this stay. After two nights, the staff at the front desk were still unsure if there was an iron.
