The hotel provide one time free transport for your stay which is good if you are travelling in big group. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will help to arrange transportation (taxi) if needed. The check in and check out service is also pretty fast. There are also complementary drinks that you may self service. The hotel helps us to keep our big luggages for 2 days while we went up to Alishan. The location is a convenience access to some of the tourist places as well as the night market nearby.
