Hotel is really close to JR station, close to shopping mall, Makuhari messe, parks, many places.
The room is bigger than usual japanese hotel rooms, toilet is separated from the shower.
Onsen is nice, and after there's free ice cream. Really happy with my booking

After parking in hotel, have to call staff come out to open the door, staff is not helpful, we carry many luggage , he even not help for holding the door, didn’t say carrying luggage

Book this as it near outlet and JR. Did not book the breakfast as limited variety. Room is big enough if 2 beds room. Public bath is good and can have chocolate bar after bath. I take bus to airport so convenient

I book this hotel for my outlet shopping purpose as it’s just next to the outlet complex! Using the self check in service and speedy procedure.

The room is pretty good, with good soundproofing, but it's very small. There is a hot spring bath on the top floor, and there are popsicles to eat, which is quite convenient. The English communication is fluent, and there is no need to worry about check-in issues. Great experience

I've stayed here twice. It's very convenient as it's close to Kaihin Makuhari Station. The large public bath is often crowded as it is used for events. The rooms are a little small, but the comforters are fluffy and comfortable.
This time, near lunchtime, a group of Chinese people occupied the sofas in the hotel lobby, eating and drinking there and making a mess, which was not very pleasant.
Although it is a place that cannot be seen by the front desk staff, I would like them to be careful about eating and drinking on the sofas in the lobby.
