Excellent stay! The staff were friendly and professional, the facilities were well-maintained, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended!

The location was superb! It's the same building as Chibachuo station and surrounded by mini marts and restaurants. And it's 10 mins walk to Chiba Port Arena. The staff were nice and willing to help. However, I booked for non-smoking room but still smelled cigarette smoke in my room. Especially in the night. I guess it came from the other room :(

Very close to Chiba monorail Yoshikawagoen station. Friendly and helpful staff who speak English. Breakfast was excellent with many varieties. Highly recommend to eat the soft white bread. Very clean and spacious room which came with a queen size bed. Great value for the stay here. Would come again.

Great location, easy to get to from the station. Wifi keeps going on and off so please be aware. Apart from that, nothing really stands out but you get everything you need to a decent quality. Hotel feels slightly more with a business feel

The location is very convenient. I think it would be helpful if they will mention the check out time upon check in especially for the foreigners as the usual check out time is 12NN but this property is not 11am.

Very nice hotel .. everything is good but I wonder why NO ventilation inside the bathroom, so weird 😌

Reserved the room early for a good price. Value for money if you could book earlier. Room is pretty standard like most Japanese hotels.

Great location and close to many things. Staff were really kind and helpful. Room is spacious and comfortable. My only real complaint is the wifi was terrible and very spotty. It made the experience not as good as we could not enjoy our stay at the hotel between outings since we did not have access to internet.

just a few minutes walk from chiba station and a lot of restaurants and other establishments around the area ...i was very thankful on the attendant...me and my friends were really so surprised and amazed with the room we stay because its so beautiful, clean, has an overlooking view, things needed were prepared .. the shower and bath tub were great with overlooking view as well..i highly recommend this hotel in chiba ..

This is a very clean hotel, close to all, shopping at SoGO just a walking distance, chiba station is also close and great restaurants. Highly rated sushi restaurants around. Love the hotel buffet breakfast. Highly recommended. Affordable price

Good choice for a family of 4 for we had quite a surprisingly sizeable room with two decent queen beds in the en-suite (with a bathtub and a walk-in shower) and another two in the living room plus a sofa that sits four, large coffee table, separate bathroom and a walk-in closet. Breakfast was ok, nothing extravagant. Service was good too, very friendly and helpful staff.
