酒店設施完善，大廳整潔大氣，床也很舒服，出來出差睡的很香，前台佳琪服務細心熱情温柔，窗簾遮光性也很好，安靜，房間還有語音控制燈光，電視機，最方便的是離古戰場景區非常近，特別方便，值得推薦！

酒店就在景區大門斜對面，風景很好看，房間寬大清凈，住宿感優越；服務員待客熱情，主動幫拿行李送至電梯門口，還贈送了水果；我們是開車旅行，停車場車位較大，與景區停車場是共享的，住宿免費停車。

酒店位置最佳！就在三國赤壁古戰場景區內，出門左拐就是景區入口。停車場很大，隨便停，離開在前台領張停車券即可。乾淨衞生，早餐豐富。酒店還贈送水果。唯一不滿意的是僅提供兩小瓶瓶裝水，根本不夠喝！現在很多酒店都能根據客人需要提供瓶裝水（純凈水）。

入住體驗感滿分！房間佈置温馨舒適，像家一樣自在，衞生打掃得十分徹底，角落都沒有灰塵。地理位置優越，酒店配套設施完善，洗衣房、健身房都很實用，前台小小涵服務也很周到。

酒店設施齊全，酒店旁邊就有停車場，酒店內洗衣房還有熨斗，使用非常方便，房間衞生乾淨舒適，有語音助手幫忙開電視開窗簾，非常方便，前台小方服務熱情，非常不錯！

酒店內部其實很大，去景區特別近，就在景區旁。衞生總體算是乾淨，雖然看到桌子上是臟的。國慶期間，早餐人太擠，早餐一般，但能吃飽！大廳一直有熱水熱茶免費供應，在降温的湖北，還是很貼心！但酒店大廳有吃煙醉酒的，吵吵鬧鬧，感覺還是有點影響入住感受。

酒店在景區裏面！很新！
衞生：還行比較乾淨整潔！
服務：扣分在自助早餐！人又多！沒有位置！小孩還要加收10元！重要的是一點都不好吃！不管是哪個酒店粉面裏面的臊子都是自己加！但是這裏服務員加，還不能一樣加一半！簡直是搞笑！20塊錢一人人的自助早餐！性價比太低了！我出來玩是開心的！不是來受氣的！
