I'm checking out Monday the 27th and I asked for a free shuttle to the Chibi North as shown in the photo. I was told that I have to organise my own transport because the shuttle is for members only. In this case, why you still advertise free shuttle from the airport or from the station?!

What a pleasant surprise this hotel chain has! The location is excellent, travel is super convenient, and there is everything to eat, drink and play around. The room is spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The staff are smiling and the service is meticulous. The breakfast has a wide variety and is nutritionally balanced. Highly recommended, will come again on next trip!
