Overall, this was a nice stay in a clean and very central hotel. However, there were two downsides to our room that are worth noting. The bed was quite stiff and the bedding and pillows were pretty uncomfortable and lacking in quality. Also, our "view" from the window looked out at the rooftop of another building and its operational equipment. I did try asking for a new room but was told that there were not rooms in the hotel with views as the hotel is situated in between higher-rise buildings. These problems were a little disappointing given the price I paid for a "Deluxe King Room" at a 4-star hotel.

在美國如果不是住那種頂奢的，一定要住類似這樣設計師酒店，價格比較優惠而且都比較新，希爾頓萬豪這種酒店一般都很老還貴。Emily 訂的行政，房間很大很乾凈，用的洗漱都是馬琳狗子。

Although the hotel looks from the outside, be very cool once we got to our room we were sadly disappointed. Did you sell plywood throughout the whole construction made the place feel cheap. There was no hooks in our room to hang anything. There also was a constant shortage of towels which we had to constantly order. There was no chair in the room, other than the wire desk chair. The only place to sit down the bed.. this hotel for $500 a night should’ve been amazing but it felt like we were camping.

The staff here are absolutely the most helpful and sweetest. The hotel is perfect for a boutique hotel. The night life seemed to quite popular as well and right around Fulton market! I definitely recommend.
Also the coffee bags ? PERFECTION. Just had to add that
