We chose this hotel for a Chicago layover, and my colleague mentioned that the overall experience was fantastic and highly comfortable. The room was clean and sharp, providing a perfect environment to fully unwind and rest. This will definitely be our top choice for future layovers

Hotel is old and showing its age. I checked in and went to my room which was occupied by other guests. I was given $25 dinner voucher for my inconvenience. View from room was over a carpark. The air conditioning was very noisy and the room smelt. Turning off one a/c made it less noisy but still comfortable. Room was a good size and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small but it had a nice bath. Good blockout curtains made it dark. Was quiet wrt outside noise. Checkout was at 1100. In summary, old, well maintained but comfortable. Appalling that I was given access to another person's room and the check-in staff seemed to be non-plussed by it. The room is expensive for what it is, but very convenient being able to walk there and not have to take a shuttle. A captive market.

The restaurent served very unfresh calamari even though they advertise it as signature menu, so i swallowed medicine, and the waiter told me to pay quickly because he should finish his work, it was arround 13:00 after noon. Of course the front desk want 50 dollars for early check in!

The hotel has a direct access to the airport. It’s the best for travelers who need accommodation for a short night near the Chicago airport area. I had a room overlooking the airport and I really loved it. The room looked a bit old but everything’s very clean and tidy. Service was good. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Do recommend this hotel for other travelers.
