The location is good as it is in the center of tourism, but the service and customer friendliness are not very good. Breakfast was fast food except for the omelette, the facilities were a bit outdated, and the room was not cleaned unless requested.

The walls are extremely thin. Sounds from the neighbors were enough to keep us up all night. Besides that it was a nice hotel.

Hotel room was old, filthy and dated. Room had not been cleaned properly. Bath tub was dirty. Soap with hair left from previous guest. Linens were visible dirty and contained hair from previous guest. Room at to be changed. 2nd room was downgrade with view of parking garage. Every morning at 07:00 awaken by trash truck emptying trash. Could here hotel guest in room next door via dirty vent in bathroom. Vent actually had dirty webs hanging down.

I wouldn't repeat it, who thinks about remodeling at Christmas? Every morning at 9am a terrifying, unbearable and torturous noise began.
At check-in they tell you that they are remodeling and that there will be some noise, what they don't tell you is that they will wake you up and torture you with that noise every day of your family vacation.
Breakfast closes at 930am so get ready to get up early, don't go out at night and go to bed early because otherwise you'll miss it. In my case we were 4 people and I couldn't take advantage of it.
The truth is I felt cheated by this hotel, I didn't sleep well in 10 days.
The only saving grace is the location.

Stayed here with my 3 kids Jan of 2024. Rooms are dark and musty, with a terrible smell coming from the washroom drains. Beds and linens were clean, however. This place is in need of a renovation, for sure. The breakfast was decent, but the pool heater was broken.

We went during the renovation so I wouldn't recommend going during this time. If you are on a higher floor you will hear the noises from the workers renovating in the morning. The breakfast was pretty good. No complaints. When we called guest services because we needed something, there was a long wait. So I recommend just going to the front desk. When we turned the heat up it only warmed up the bedroom, not the living room. During the renovation the remote and telephone didn't work properly, so the maintenance man showed us how to use it if we needed something. I liked how the lobby was a different floor from the pool, workout room and evening reception. That eliminated so much traffic. The evening reception could've had more snacks, but the snacks they did have were decent. Any Embassy I've been to has always been clean, including this one. Both restaurants we went to were literally almost around the corner so I really liked that also. There are also little shops across the street. I would go back after the renovations are done.
