Location absolutely heart of city my room was perfect clean hotel safe place to walk anytime

The hotel is beautiful and clean, located right in the city center. However, the service from the baggage handling staff was not enthusiastic; we had to carry our own luggage into the hotel, find our own luggage in the storage room, and carry it out to the car ourselves.

The stay was quite comfortable, and the price was a steal!

Great location, you can walk to many places. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breaksfast was quite good.

The hotel's location is good, but the facilities are old. When I booked, it said free Wi-Fi was included, but there was no signal in the room at all. It prompted me to buy it for an additional $12.95 per day, which is so typically American. They claim it's a 4-star hotel, but it's not even as good as a new guesthouse in mainland China. Definitely not good value for money. Just stay here if you need a place to sleep and don't have any expectations.

Perhaps it was the off-season, but the price was great. The location is excellent, and the service was good. There's a big supermarket right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are Japanese and Cantonese restaurants nearby that are delicious. If I come back, I'd definitely stay here again.

Relatively good location, within 10-15 minutes walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. Safe at night, about 10 minutes walk to red line. Service from staff were friendly, felt welcomed. Property rooms are dated, old carpet, stains on walls and dirt on bathroom floor. Bed and pillows were comfortable. For the price I paid, I find it was a reasonable option for an overnight stay at Chicago.

On second day of our booking they told us that breakfast kitchen is closed due to slow business even we have paid paid for breakfast in booking but we didn’t get proper breakfast.. rest was ok
