Everything else was good, but the room I got was right next to an air conditioner unit outside, and the noise was too much. They wouldn't change my room, using the excuse that the hotel was full. Luckily, I was so tired from driving that I crashed and fell asleep quickly, so I didn't really notice the noise once I was asleep.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on the Magnificent Mile, making shopping incredibly convenient. The service is also great, and public transportation is easily accessible.

The location is quite good, but the room wasn't great. It was tiny, which is rare for the US. I guess Fairfield Inn is a pretty basic brand, and it was super expensive due to the holiday.

The soundproofing was terrible; a group of teenagers next door were so loud until 2 AM.

Hotel is conveniently located, close to everything, just off Michigan Ave. Room was nice. Our heat wasn't working and the person who came to repair it was great, very friendly and efficient, ended up replacing the unit. Breakfast was really good, hot and cold options. We would stay here again!

Solid base on the Mag Mile. Windows open, free streaming of HBO Max (no account needed) and plenty of snacks and drinks 24/7 in the lobby commissary. Hotel was impeccably clean and very quiet when we stayed. One of the best deals in town, will definitely be back.

Staff were welcoming. Food is average. Gym is average. Perfect location. Parking is expensive though.

This hotel located in the heart if the downtown gives an easy access to various attractions in the area like Millennium Park, Navy Pier, River walk, and a stroll around the magnificent architectures around. Room was clean, and breakfast was decent. Overall, a great stay.
