I requested and paid for a late check out for both rooms. Housekeeping did not get the notification, and knocked on one door at 8:00 a.m. and the other door at 11:00 a.m. Otherwise, a great hotel!

Located in a great spot close to the subway. Walkable to downtown and Magnificent Mile shopping *****. 15 min walk to Grant Park. Easy to get to on public transport from OHare Airport. Clean hotel, great breakfast, comfortable beds, good sized rooms. I’d certainly stay there again.

Overall it was a great stay. Our 1 bedroom unit, the lobby, and the breakfast room were all very clean. The workers during breakfast were also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty standard but overall good selection and nice to have coffee/tea provided all day long. Easy walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Pull-out couch bed was pretty uncomfortable but that seems to be the standard everywhere. But when we needed extra towels and pillows, they were delivered to our room very quickly.

First of all Resindece Inn & Springhill Suites are in the sane building, I booked Resindence Inn because I traveled with my family so we expected a bigger and comfortable room but it wasn't. I sended a message to the hotel because we arrived at midnight and check in wasn't kind and room wasn't ready; I mean we expected a comfy room, bed and sofa bed ready for sleep and at least 4 towels due we was 2 adults 2 teenagers. So I called at 12:30 am on 22:11/23 asking for pillows, towels and blankets!
Breakfast was boring. Basically was the same all days and Sunday had one hot station less than the other days. Wednesday 22/11/23 bar wasn't open.
Poor quality on bedrooms, smaller than few resindence inn in other cities.

The bathroom shower was in need of some bleach. The furniture overall has seen better days. Front desk lady was very kind and helpful.
