Loved everything about this luxurious, historic hotel. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a larger, better room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The design, attention to detail, and the vibe of the place was consistently curated to a level one rarely sees in a hotel. The only shortcoming was that there was a gap between the wall and the shower glass panel allowing water to spray onto the bathroom floor.

Water leaking outside the bathtub when you shower because there’s no shower curtain or separtion glass was not built properly to avoid water splattered at the side corner

The hot and cold on the shower handle is reversed. There’s a random roll of toilet paper on the ground. The windowsill is dusty.
The game room and Cindy’s rooftop bar is great.

This was a great property and we enjoyed our stay. However, I didn’t feel like I was recognized as a Discoverist Hyatt member at this property. No free bottled water or preferred room.
