Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are polite, helpful & professional. Great location. Walking distance to millennium park, the riverwalk, tour deck of the riverboat ride, food & convenient store. Even the train station nearby brought us directly to Ohare Airport, ticket only $3. Will surely stay here in the future.

The location and cleanliness was good, however there is a lack of amenities that other hotels offer for the same price. The lack of slippers was something that I noticed.

About amenity, it is perfect except that there is no toothbrush. It was conscientious that the refrigerator was empty and I could cool what I liked. The room is perfect for both cleanliness and size. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

The location of the hotel is very good. Art museums, cruise ships and the Magnificent Mile are all within walking distance. The room is not big, the sanitation needs to be strengthened, the plastic tissue box in the toilet is covered with ash

This property is great, except there is one thing. The noise. I mean one knows that it is in the downtown loop area of the city, but they seem to have a garbage processor right outside the area and all the windows are looking to this alley. 5-6 am you are woken up to a something like a loud construction noise. I spent 3 nights in this area, 2 at the Hampton Inn, and 1 at the Hilton Garden Inn, both properties have had the problem with the noise.
