Overall good. More attention can be given to mattresses in rooms. Not clean.
Breakfast staff were overwhelmed with guests and were out of essential food item soon during breakfast. Setup of breakfast area needs to be reconsidered.

Great hotel. Would stay here again. The included breakfast is outstanding. Great fitness centre. We are light sleepers yet the room was quiet enough to sleep well. Great location with everything nearby.

We loved this property! Our room was nice, clean and quiet. The staff was knowledgeable for anything that we asked about and wanted to see. We enjoyed visiting with them. Joseph, Juan, Arielle, Francisco and my memory has forgotten a couple more names were all really nice, friendly and welcoming. An A staff along with everyone who worked in the restaurant at breakfast. Would definitely recommend The Hyatt North River and would stay there again.

Hotel was clean and convenient to both the Magnificent Mile as well as the theater. Excellent size of room for our family of 5 with the 2 queen beds and an L-shaped pull-out sofa! Super friendly staff and very easy to valet park and also accommodated our need to check-in early! Very happy!!

The area is near our points of interest & have a lot of dining choices. Our room was right across fire station but the noise was tolerable. The bathtub, however, was clogged & water is backing up. Housekeeping should have noticed this if doing the cleaning properly. Also they skimped on giving body lotion.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect, staff were friendly, and the breakfast option at Ema was especially great.
In our room, the bathroom door did not latch well and the window shade kept coming off of the track. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Staff were courteous. The o ly issue were had was housekeeping continuously knocking on our door between 8-9am on the day of checkout. The first time we told them we were not checking out until check out time. They returned at least an half hour later loudly knocking again. It interupted our 3-month old whm had just gone to sleep after a rough night.
