Hampton Inn Chicago North/Loyola Station

The room is big, but not clean. The towels were not changed on the first day, and there was a woman's long hair on one of the beds. The bathroom towels had human body hair. I went to the front desk to argue, but they only apologized and said that it was 9 o'clock in the evening and the cleaning staff had gone off work. I asked for the sheets and changed them myself. The next day I went to the front desk to tell them to change the sheets. But when I left, the sign was hung wrong, it said Do Not Disturb, and it was not cleaned. I am convinced by this hotel.

The room is very new. The valet parking service is very good. The area is close to Loyola University and very safe. You can walk to the lakeside beach in a short time. The gym facilities are also very complete. There are also many restaurants around, including Chinese restaurants.
