Unquestionably one of the best hotels in Chicago. Interior is gorgeous, service is outstanding, and location is excellent. The hotel is not too far away from the Union Station. I will definataly visit again.

Among all other hotels in south loop of downtown Chicago, this one is quite an upscale setting on decor of room and the location right next to Federal Reserve Bank and Chicago Board of Exchange.

前台服務餐飲服務都還行，保潔服務不太規範。我入住的時候牀頭櫃丟了一塊抹布，連住兩天第一天房間沒有打掃，反倒四點以後客房服務挺勤快。必要時房間千萬要反鎖，四點後來鋪床拉窗簾的服務生進來非常快，芝加哥市區一個字櫃，早飯也貴，千萬別開車，住店停車最少75$
