The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The bathrooms are separated from wet and dry, there is an ample supply of bottled water, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast has not many varieties and tastes good. The only downside is that the carpet is a bit dirty, and the stains on it probably won't be removed. It is recommended not to use carpets, which are difficult to clean and can breed bacteria. Laminated floors are easy to care for and clean.

説實話。這個價位的酒店這樣的環境真的讓我大開眼界，一共訂了兩晚，兩整晚都沒睡好（每年都會去其他城市旅遊這種情況從未出現），枕頭軟而塌毫無支撐力，房間非常悶，一進屋就有一種發潮的味道，窗户衹能開一條縫，空調完全不製冷，這個季節晚上不蓋被子硬是悶得滿身汗，午間休息酒店樓下施工毫無時間觀念😤，房間內沒有浴室用拖鞋，吹風機不好用完全就是用熱氣烘乾頭髮😰200多一晚的房間雖説不能媲美五星級酒店但我相信也是中等偏上的價格了，這種房間質量真的是讓人一肚子火，這是第一次住維也納。也是最後一次。希望大家避雷。

房間寬敞明亮，雖然設施有點舊，但打掃的很整潔乾淨。早餐品種多樣，加熱不及時，奶茶基本就是涼的。前台帥哥美女服務到位，熱情禮貌，強調的是我走時把旅行壺的線忘在了房間，前台的小吳美女幫忙郵寄給我，非常感謝，下次有機會到赤峯還會住維也納。
