The family room is large and has its own underground parking lot. It is very friendly to friends who drive by car. There is a Sqin Ama nearby to eat Mongolian food. After eating, you can also go to Qiaobei Night Market. The experience is very good!

It is close to the Hongshan Wanda business district, but about 100 meters away from the main road, so there is no traffic noise. It’s convenient for takeout and eating out. Living in a north-facing room, you can also see the river view, which is very nice. 2. The room is newly opened, the equipment is new and clean, and the Tmall Genie smart voice design is very convenient, which is suitable for me, a person who stays in bed. The mattress and pillow are good, and the latex pillow is comfortable. The floor heating is very powerful. I am afraid of heat, so I have to open the windows when I sleep at night. 3. Most importantly, the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, especially the girl with black-framed glasses, melon-shaped face and short stature, who deserves special praise. In summary, it is not a scam. The hotel is clean, sanitary, convenient for transportation, inexpensive and has a high cost performance ratio. Suitable for individuals or families, let alone business receptions.

We had to change rooms because we found an insect. To make matters worse, while getting settled, I accidentally scalded my arm with hot water while preparing tea. A staff member kindly provided some ointment, but it was still quite painful. The new room, unfortunately, was on an upper floor facing the main road and lacked proper soundproofing. We could hear traffic noise throughout the night, which is far from ideal for light sleepers or elderly guests sensitive to noise. Adding to our troubles, the strip lights in the room couldn't be turned off. It was too bright to sleep, and despite not wanting to bother anyone late at night, I had to call an engineer again to fix it. We were told the ballast was broken. It was just one thing after another! As a gesture, they waived the charges for our drinks and water, amounting to over 40 yuan. Honestly, I wasn't looking for compensation; I just felt completely worn out, physically and mentally, after the injury and all the accumulated hassles. This was our experience. To be fair, despite these specific issues, our overall stay wasn't entirely bad. Bugs can appear anywhere, and thorough pest control might prevent them. However, lights shouldn't be faulty, especially in a hotel. Perhaps this Wanda property is getting a bit old. (The attached photo was taken on the third day. The hotel is in a great location and pet friendly! Very accommodating to puppies. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and the efficiency in solving problems is very high! It’s just that the house is too cold this season and the hot water is not very good. The soundproofing is not that good either. I encountered an uncultured parent who didn't take care of his child and was still making noise in the corridor after 9 o'clock in the evening. After I complained, the front desk handled it promptly. This must be praised.

This was the first, and most satisfying, hotel on our Beijing-Chifeng-Ulan Butong loop. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. Breakfast offered an exceptionally generous and diverse spread. The staff were patient, enthusiastic, and provided outstanding service. Both the gym and laundry facilities were very convenient, and the reading corner boasted a wide variety of books. As a first-time guest at Atour, I would absolutely choose to stay at other Atour hotels in the future.

The Sunday morning front desk staff tall lady is not so nice, she would say bad words and think you don't understand in Chinese as your leaving. Second time I met her Saturday afternoon shift front desk are very nice 😊 people. Most are good..but always a rude one everywhere..it's life
