Receptionist was very rude, no shower towels in the restroom I asked and never got them. No soap to shower.

This hotel has an excellent location. It’s at walking distance from the main touristic attractions in the downtown.

Well located hotel, near downtown and in walking distance of practically everywhere. TV and air conditioning worked perfect.
Trouble is, every other day access card was deprogrammated and I had to go again to thw lobby for Reprogramming, there were no hanging Hooks
Sink smelled funny and water got stuck tjere, shower has extremely hot and hard to regulate.

It is good for what you pay. Needs more attention on beds. When it comes to comfort it may not be as good unless you like hard king beds. It is one of those that you get for what you pay
