We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning — nestled amidst the mountains, offering breathtaking views from every corner of the property. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, adding a touch of luxury to the experience. The staff were extremely warm and hospitable, making the stay even more pleasant. The jeep pickup service within the property was a thoughtful convenience. A special mention to the naturalist, who shared fascinating insights about the property, the coffee plantations, and the surrounding mountain ranges. The morning nature walk was truly refreshing and worth every minute. Overall, it was a delightful experience — serene, scenic, and definitely worth the price for the incredible views and comfort offered. Highly recommended!

The location of the property is nothing short of magical—perched high above, surrounded by misty hills, lush greenery, and a stillness that immediately soothes the soul. It's a place where nature speaks, and peace isn’t just felt, it envelops you. We were a group of nine looking for a relaxing weekend escape, and what we got was a memory of a lifetime. The hospitality we received was beyond what we could have imagined. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, respectful, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their genuine smiles and attention to detail made all the difference. The food was another highlight—an impressive spread that managed to cater to all kinds of preferences. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and delicious. It felt like a warm embrace after every adventurous or lazy moment we had. Though we couldn’t use the pool because of the rain, just standing by it felt surreal. Its location is absolutely perfect—offering panoramic views of the surrounding hills. I can only imagine how stunning it must be to float in that pool, soaking in nature from every angle. One of the most touching gestures during our stay was when the staff kindly arranged for Prasanna to accompany us to the Mullayangiri peak, just a 10-minute drive away. He was not only helpful but incredibly knowledgeable and kind, making our small trek feel safe and enriching. His guided nature walk later was the cherry on top—immersing us even deeper into the beauty of Chikmagalur. The rooms? Luxurious yet warm. Spacious yet cozy. Waking up to those views every morning was a gift I’ll always treasure. In a world that moves too fast, Trivik gave us time to pause, to reconnect, and to truly breathe. This wasn’t just a weekend getaway—it was a soulful experience, one that will stay with us for a long time. We really had a great experience in Trivik. The views are breathtaking, the rooms are well maintained and quite spacious, cleanliness is top notch and restaurant's food quality and taste is extremely good. What attracted us the most is the behaviour of all staffs. They are so well trained and well behaved. Each and everyone greeted us with a smile on their face. Both restaurant and resort staffs are extremely helpful and welcoming. Special mention to Mr. Karthik, thanks is not enough of what he did for us. Our car met with an accident leading to some damages and it was impossible to drive back. Mr. Karthik has tried his level best to take us out of that situation and helped us to return to our home. Really grateful to you sir Thanks to Mr. Lokesh, who worked beyond his duty hours and even on his day off to take us out from that hectic situation. Overall its a perfect staycation with outstanding nature views, ample space in nature, swimming pool, gaming arena, coffee garden, bonfire with awesome singers, mouthwatering food and beverages, comfortable rooms with Jacuzzi and the list goes on..... Moreover, Trivik will give you one small token of gift at the time of check out and will click a beautiful picture as a memory :) Happy and highly recommended

Had the chance to spend some time at the Trivik Hotel and Resort at the end of September, what a fantastic place and experience. Hospitality was absolutely on point and this resort being right there with the coffee plantation is such a unique setup. Food was excellent as well. Just a top notch experience. Best part of the resort, exploring with Prasana. Their local guide and trekker knows the areas front to back, was super accommodating, even getting up at 5 am to hike for the sunrise at the peak. His knowledge on local wildlife, nature, weather and good nature spirit we're excellent.

Dear Trivik Hotel Management, I have been a frequent guest at your resort and have always left with wonderful memories. Unfortunately, my recent stay was profoundly disappointing, primarily due to the attitude and response of the hotel manager, Mr. Banu and the night duty manager, Mr. Girish. During this visit, we encountered multiple unacceptable issues: dirty, soiled sheets; a non-functional jacuzzi; and defective electrical outlets, among others. While I understand that occasional problems can arise, these are fundamental amenities that should be maintained to the standards expected of a resort of your reputation. Over the first day alone, service staff spent nearly six hours in our suite attempting to rectify these problems. We had booked the Mountain Suite—the highest category room—expecting the very best experience. Instead, we were met with indifference. The management’s lack of urgency, empathy, or concrete solutions was deeply disappointing. Most concerning was the response of the General Manager, Mr. Banu, who dismissed our concerns outright, offered no apology, and stated that his decision on the matter was “final,” suggesting he did not even consider the issues genuine. This level of service and disregard for guest satisfaction is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the entire establishment and raises serious concerns about management oversight and commitment to hospitality. Regrettably, after this experience, I cannot see myself returning, and I strongly urge the ownership and senior leadership to review this incident carefully and take corrective action. The amenities are exceptional & the resort offers an outstanding jeep service for point-to-point travel within the property. The resort offers a wide range of activities, including an outdoor infinity pool with mountain views, spa, gym, nature walks, plantation tours, board games, table tennis, camp fire and other activities. Overall, Trivik Resorts is a top choice for a stylish and nature-filled getaway in Chikmagalur.
