Super hotel, fab setting Staff very helpful and cheery, Nice to see tea coffee sugar in the room, food in restaurant excellent, chefs complimentary soup delicious, breakfast was amazing We will certain recommend thank you Parador

The room was beautiful and the complimentary treats were appreciated. The dinner at the restaurant was not edible and the reception and restaurant staff were not familiar with using points for meals. We had to locate a manger for this voucher.

The Parador itself was beautiful and Chinchon is well worth a visit. If you want a treat, make sure you stay in Room 140.

Only stayed here one night but wished it could have been longer. You can park in the small cobbled courtyard at the door to offload bags then there is secure underground parking a short distance away. Staff were really friendly. We had a room facing the gardens which was lovely to hear the birds. Room was large and bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was fantastic with loads of choice. The Plaza Major was a minute’s walk with lots of bars and restaurants
