Had a comfortable stay here during the June monsoon, the views are amazing, the place has so many activities to offer, the rooms are clean, spacious and cozy, the food- delicious, the service- great, Prakash was of great help. Overall, a lovely time.

I wanted to share that we had a wonderful stay at Sterling Munnar. The food was absolutely delightful, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the views were simply spectacular. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience. We appreciate the efforts your team has put into making our stay memorable. Check out the 3 floors rooms in the main block. Better views of the valley Monsoon will be a great experience.Large restaurant spacious games room clean pool will make your stay memorable

We stayed 2 night in Sterling Munnar, it was wonderful experience. Room was top notch with excellent view. We reached at the hotel around 15:25, there lunch time till 15:30,still Mr.Souk taken the order and serve on time. Food was good: Chicken Tandoori was very tasty- it's a must try! Sterling Suburthi Spa was also an wonderful experience!! All staff members were very courteous and received top notch service from each and every one. Also,good thing: now they have started serving food for the drivers with very low cost. 60 INR for unlimited breakfast and dinner( set menu). I would recommend Sterling to my friends and family.

The hotel was wonderful. The service was great, especially Mr. Prakash and Mr. Shivaji were very helpful and their behaviour was very good. The food was delicious as well but there could be more variety in the menu of the buffet. It was almost same everyday. The hotel premises are beautiful.

Overall such a wonderful experience. Starting with the location which is right next to Devikulam / Chinnakanal Reserve Forest. The western ghats feel , the diversity of food , the lovely cottages , wonderful food makes it a wonderful value for money package. Inspite of heavy rush the staff did their best to manage things. What we loved most apart from food was the quality of house keeping services which was timely & prompt . Offcourse the activity centre managed by Thahir was the icing in the cake. A trained naturalist himself , Thahir & his colleague Christopher / others manage the activities so well. The Bird watching just inside the resort itself you can see some 30 odd species of birds which are endemic to Western Ghats. This was topped up with the last day easy trek to Seethadevi lake which was like you are deep inside a tropical forest but so close to the resort. Thats where Thahir's true passion and knowledge came out and what was supposed to be 2 hours trek extended to almost 3 hours . We spotted wild elephant dung / signs of recent elephant movements , fresh leopard scat , deer dropping , a lovely forest waterfall and finally the divine Seethadevi lake. For us everything else in Munnar can be missed but the Eravikulam National Park & this trek. Thahir is a true asset to Sterling Resorts team , wishing him & everyone in Sterling happy new year 2024

My stay in Sterling Munnar was amazing. The receptionist Mr. Ignatius surprised us by getting the room decorated and he also kept a double chocolate cake as complimentary, as we were there to celebrate our anniversary. Other guest relations team folks - Bala, Siva and Justin were great too with hospitality and ensured our stay was comfortable throughout. Food especially Breakfast buffet is decent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in the resort and had a super happy experience with family. :)

My visit was mainly to celebrate a birthday milestone for my kid. We just had plans to explore this time the mother nature of Munnar, yet, we were missing the closed ones while leaving for this trip. Sterling team didn't make us feel that we were far away. Apart from the usual pleasant experience, sterling team surprised me with their exceptional efforts. A few exceptional staffs who went out of their way, made our days even more joyful.. the chef: Bino made special chocolate cake, Manager: Pradeep ensured things were well arranged and communicated for the necessary arrangents and the house keeping in-charge: Bala arranged for the bedroom decoration.. Honestly these efforts can never go unnoticed.. would love to have you here during my next visit to sterling Munnar.
