This hotel is very good and pleasantly situated and is ideal for people travelling through the Cotswolds. The room was basic but more than adequate for us. Excellent shower. Breakfast was good. Just one small issue was that we could have done with a lighter duvet as the one provided made us too hot. Otherwise a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend spending a few nights there.

We were late arriving but check in was simple and on a touch screen, there was staff around offering to help if needed but where also help run the bar that was open. Very friendly welcome by staff. We had a double and 2 singles in our room and still enough room to get around the beds. Bathroom was clean but best of all the bed and pillows were really comfortable. After a great night sleep breakfast was fresh and fully stocked. Decent choice of drinks and plenty of breads and fruit available. And brilliant value for money as it was £68 for a family room on a Friday night!

The hotel staff were very kind and pleasant, check in was very easy, lots of car park spaces and I enjoyed a nice evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Whilst the room was clean, there was a funny smell, a bit like gone off milk, which unfortunately lingered on my clothes the next day when I was working which put a bit of a downer on my stay. When i got home i had to air my suitcase and wash the clothes i hadn't worn to get rid of the smell. Not the best Premiere Inn I've stayed in but for the money and location, can't really complain.

Amazing hotel, feels modern and the staff are wonderful. We had a lovely stay here and will definitely visit again. The lady chef who was on duty 5/6th June 2024 literally is amazing. Her food is gorgeous !! Parking is plentiful and on site. Just a short walk into Chipping Norton and only 2 miles from Diddly squat farm shop.

I have stayed in many Premier Inns, for business and for leisure. I have to say this was one of, if not the, best I've ever stayed it. Great location, within easy walking distance of the centre of this small Cotswold market town, and NOT located on an industrial estate out of town. The building, ample car park and rooms were all clean and fresh. All of the staff we encountered were really friendly and welcoming. Excellent attached 'Thyme' restaurant where we had a great evening meal and breakfasts. Highly recommended.

Room was okay, staff pleasant. Who shines are the lovely staff Carmel and Aimee who served me in the restaurant, such lovely ladies and so kind and charming. Very helpful and attentive. Food was lovely and good value. Staff were the highlight

Cooked breakfast hit and miss. Poor quality ingredients. Service below par. Will eat out next time. Vegetarian cooking was disappointing.

The hotel was what you would expect from any premier inn. Although I usually choose the chain because you can guarantee that it will be immaculately clean. And our family room was clean, apart from the fresh stain on the carpet which was still soaking wet when we arrived (I was on holiday with 2 small children and my Aunt who is disabled, so I did not have time for them to faff around sorting this). The accessible room was not clean. The shower seat was filthy! Thick with brown stuff from months of not being cleaned. Although this was fixed when I told reception about it, it was another thing that showed that making the hotel accessible was not a priority. The bed in the accessible room was so close to the wall that no mobility aids could get down that side, so I had to move the bed. The shower head was right at the top of the pole, meaning that any full time wheelchair user could not use it independently. The evening meals are decent value for money - but I had a burnt burger on the first night - the burrito was amazing on the second night. The staff are 100% what make this hotel. Carmel and her daughter absolutely made my Aunt's week! They were amazing with the kids, nothing was too much trouble and made the whole evening pleasant! The breakfast chef was lovely and the food was great! The hotel is in a lovely place and was very reasonably priced!
