Stayed here several times, very nice

This time I was on a trip to see my grandson, and from the time I made the reservation until I arrived on site, all of the staff members greeted me with smiles and courteous service. The breakfast buffet was also great value for money. thank you very much.

Arrive at the hotel about 30 minutes early for check-in at 2pm. I was planning to go to a concert sponsored by this hotel, which opened at 2:00 p.m. and started at 2:30 p.m., so I told them that and asked if they could let me into my room a little bit, 5 to 10 minutes early, if possible. (This is the first time I've ever said something like that, but if that's not possible, I'll leave my luggage there, so I just asked...) "I can't do it unless the cleaning is done." (Is this a hotel that doesn't finish cleaning 5 minutes ago?) "If I can't make it in time, I'll keep your luggage." (No, if I can't make it in time, I'll leave my luggage now, but what if I can't make it on time? "Well, you'll be charged 30% of the regular price...because the regular price is ○○..." I was told. ``Okay, please give me the key at 2 o'clock,'' I said as I waited in the lobby, staring at the clock at the front desk. . . My husband got the keys about 5-10 minutes early while I was standing in the bathroom. He says he doesn't need money, but is that true? ? ? When I check out, I have to ask again if I have to pay, and even during my stay I wonder, ``Do I need it? Do I need it?'' At first glance, the room seemed to be well-cleaned. The water area is old and difficult to use, but the space is spacious and I wish I could take it easy...I was thinking that... On the bathroom floor, I found the toothbrush of the previous guest. (crying & angry & dirty) It's impossible even if it wasn't the coronavirus pandemic (><) I was asked to disinfect my toothbrush, but there was a toothbrush in the room that I didn't know who used it. . It's "Wow~ (><)". I tried to post a photo, but I wonder if J-pegs are not allowed? ? I couldn't attach a photo, but I did take a picture of a fallen toothbrush and a new toothbrush for when two of us stay in the room. . . Even though I told them at checkout, the boss didn't come out and apologize, and the two brothers just said, "Sorry." I said, ``There are three toothbrushes in your room before you clean them, so come check them out!'' But I guess they didn't even go to look at them. . . Even when I wrote a questionnaire to the manager, there was no response... Well, I guess they'll just keep going like this without any improvement. . . It didn't feel good, so I should have paid even 10,000 yen for early check-in if I stayed for 5-10 minutes! ! I think. Amazing! Salt compatible & dirty & crying! ! I stayed here (><) P.S.: The reason I didn't change my room was because I was going to a concert in the evening, so I didn't have time. I couldn't believe that the room I had been changed to was really comfortable. If something strange happened again after I got the change, I wouldn't have the mental or physical strength to endure it even though I would be exhausted from the hotel's response.
