Need to catch a flight in the morning and I am so happy to chose this hotel for my last night in Sappore🥺💖 Clean, walkable distance to Chitose station and the front desk is 24 hours💖

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from JR Chitose Station, with a convenience store right across the street, which is very handy. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety of choices, though it's not included in the room rate. There's also an airport shuttle service, which is very punctual; you just need to be in the lobby five minutes beforehand. Overall, I had a pretty good experience.

we liked the free coffee at the lobby! service was friendly, views nice, easy to access with free shuttle to airport (limited). walkable to aeon supermarket but a little far for the older folks

I chose this hotel because it was a bit closer to the airport for my flight the next day. Most of the hotel staff didn't speak English, and the long-haired girl with glasses at the front desk seemed quite impatient, though another slightly slimmer girl was very nice. Breakfast was a choice between Japanese and Western; it filled me up but wasn't particularly tasty. The complimentary shuttle bus to the airport on the hour from 6-9 AM was a nice touch.

Would like if there is also a service from the train station as it was difficult to pull our luggage when the luggage delivery service were unavailable but the morning bus shuttle to airport was convenient

Lovely staff, both the Japanese and Western breakfasts were excellent the dining staff are super kind, room service excellent so very clean, close to many restaurants.

This was my second stay at this hotel. As usual, the hotel provided free transportation to New Chitose Airport and breakfast. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean. I will choose daiichi hotel again on my next trip to sapporo.

Bed is too small for 2 persons. This hotel is located very near Chitose station. Many types of food are available, and I would recommend Victoria Station for western foods and its generous salads.

It is near to the airport. Provided free shuttle service to airport on condition , one person per piece with you. Due two of my family members have more than two cases, we have to take cab to the airport. The staff is helpful at the front desk to help me book the cab right away when I cannot book through their app.

I didn’t have high expectations due to the reasonable price. We chose this hotel for its location near the airport, as we had a very early morning flight, and for the free airport shuttle service. The bathroom was surprisingly large, clean, and very comfortable.

The environment is great, and the hotel offers an airport shuttle. You need to book a time with the front desk, but unfortunately, I missed it. The front desk staff can help you call a taxi, and their service is excellent. The room is small, but for this price, it's really good!

It is an old hotel. Good location, close to a bus stop and seven eleven. They offer free airport drop off too.
