The manor is super beautiful, and the main building is 800 years old. The hotel service is very good. There are two restaurants. The Michelin restaurant has salty dishes, and the other Tuscan restaurant tastes better. I hope to have the opportunity to try other room types next time.

This hotel is not honest about money. This hotel owes me money since over a year, a small sum, only about Euros 300 and has been stringing me along saying they will send, they have sent it, but I've never received it. The only thing I can think is that they have financial problems otherwise what hotel in their right mind would sacrifice their reputation for so small an amount.

Add me to the list of people still waiting for a refund... Had to change plans and cancelled my reservation in May of 2025. Although Amex stated that they would refund within 45 days, hotel emailed and said 60 days. After 60 days I contacted them and asked for my refund immediately. No response. I had planned to stay here on one of our next trips to Italy, but obviously that is not going to happen. Beware.
