The location is great: close to all the major attractions. If you want to get to thr hotel from the airport, take bus 80 and get off right after the bridge. The cost is 3.5 somon.
There's no breakfast provided - try "Moose coffee" not so far (they are great).
The floor felt dusty, and the towels looked worn out. There's soap and toilet paper, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. There's also a kettle (needs to be clean) and cups, but no bottled water. You can buy it at the reception though.
The key to the room worked funny - i was never sure whether I'd be able to open the door or not. Never did from the first attempt.

The hotel environment is good, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. I was transiting here for a day on my way to Dushanbe. The boss was very nice. Because the check-in time was relatively late, I discussed with the boss whether I could delay the check-out to 6 pm for free. The boss readily agreed. Good review!

The best part of this hotel is very good internet connection which is not very common in other places of Khujand. For myself the apartment was unnecessarily large. Drinking water in 5 litre barrels was available in substantial amount. On the other hand the electricity was cut off for several hours a day which is very unpleasant but it is a problem of entire city. No receipt given for money paid for accommodation.

Quite a normal hotel. But more like a hostel. Inside is cozy and clean. Friendly and sociable staff. The rooms are large, the bed to my surprise was normal with a normal mattress. You can stay for a couple of days.
