Service: Here's a small, unexpected detail: I left my paper notebook at the front desk when I checked out. I assumed it would be thrown away, but when I went back to the front desk, not only was it there, but the staff had also carefully wrapped it in paper and added relevant information (as shown in the attached photo). This may seem like a small thing, but it highlights the attention to detail, responsibility, thoughtfulness, and warmth of their service. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

Empfehlenswertes einfaches Hotel. Neues und modernes Hotel der einfachen Art. Großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Ich habe ein Leselicht vermisst und im Bad Licht über dem Spiegel, um mich rasieren zu können. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!
