Last year, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. However, this trip was disappointing. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful. I had to go downstairs to request an extra towel because my booking was for one person which I booked for two person room. To my surprise, the staff charged me an extra 100 baht for the extra tower. In every other hotel I’ve stayed at, I’ve always received two sets of towels, even with a single-person booking. On top of that, I had to go downstairs again to exchange a faulty TV remote. When I asked if the room was checked before my arrival, staff didn't answer my question. Seem they didnt check the room before client check in.
Given this experience, I doubt I’ll stay at this hotel again.
