The staff was accommodating, though there was no bellman in the evening.
After 10, everything is closed. To get food, I tried to order from Grab and I found it difficult to get drivers.
This Hotel Nikko is newer and thus better than the Bali one and many in Japan. The facilities aren’t remarkable and the bathroom amenities aren’t up to standard.

Very good hotel for weekend getaway off Bangkok.
Bed is abit too soft. 4 pillows were given and they were either too soft or too hard for our neck.
Clean rooms nice toilet with auto bidet. Toothbrush were terrible as the bristles fall off and stuck in my gum. Not a heavy brusher but it still happened. Overall, recommended.
