The location is quite convenient, and the environment is lovely. The front desk staff (especially the lady) was really helpful. The hotel itself is super beautiful and smart, which is very convenient. It's genuinely gorgeous!

I've never stayed in a hotel this noisy. When I booked, I specifically requested a quiet room, but not a single night was quiet. Our room was directly above the building's entrance and exit, which is where taxis and ride-shares drop off and pick up passengers. Since there's only one lane, impatient drivers would constantly honk their horns, not just a quick beep or two, but long, loud blasts whenever someone got in or out. The windows were completely soundproof, but even when closed, we could still hear all sorts of noises: horns, singing, dog barking, and children screaming. I understand Chongqing has a vibrant nightlife, so we usually didn't go to bed until after midnight, but we'd still be woken up in the early hours by drivers honking or motorbikes revving loudly. The other hotel I stayed at in Chongqing before had excellent soundproofing and no such issues. I definitely won't be staying here again. I find it very strange that none of the reviews mentioned this noise and lack of soundproofing. If I had known how severe the noise problem was, I would absolutely not have booked this place.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the staff contacted me a day before my arrival to confirm my itinerary and check-in needs. I originally planned to stay in Chongqing for three nights, but because this hotel was so excellent, I changed my plans and extended my stay. The hotel's location is superb; it's a 5-minute walk to the famous 'Haochi Street' (Food Street) and less than a 10-minute walk to Jiefangbei. To get to the Yangtze River Cableway, it's a 7-minute walk – truly a prime commercial location. The staff heard that it was my first time visiting Chongqing for Chinese New Year with my elderly parents and child, so they specifically upgraded our room to one with a 270-degree river view. The room was fully equipped with central air conditioning, a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and bathtub, all with smart controls. The room was cleaned daily. Crucially, all the bedding felt brand new, with absolutely no lingering odors from repeated washing or disinfectant, and the towels were individually packaged and disposable. For someone who travels frequently and stays in hotels, this is truly a rare find. They even thoughtfully provided disposable slippers and toiletries for the children. The hotel offers 24-hour service, and the staff's response time is incredibly fast. Being away from home, I still felt a warm, home-like comfort, and I genuinely highly recommend it. It's a shame there were no more rooms available, so I could only extend for one night, but I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance. A big thank you to the hotel staff for their excellent service, which gave my family and me a wonderful holiday experience in Chongqing.
