We were so surprised how spacious the hotel rooms are! We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly. On the last day the coffee machine was self cleaning during breakfast so we were sad we couldn’t drink coffee, however the hotel is great

Location of hotel is good. It is just opposite a big shopping centre (Mosaic Chongqing), so it's convenient to get food, drinks, shopping. Have Chinese & western food. DIY laundry at level 2 (beside the fitness room) and it's free. There are 2 washer and 2 dryers.
The front desk Ms Lauren is extremely helpful. My mandarin is not good and she helped my family and I for our 3D2N stay. I would like to commend Ms Karen for her outstanding customer service :-)
I'm a Hilton Diamond member but room didn't get upgraded. First day the remote controller to the toilet was missing. Phone in the room has no instructions as the ""instruction paper" pasted on the phone was missing. Nevertheless, these are small matters. Compensated by Ms Lauren's awesome service.

The hotel is newly renovated. Lili at the front desk is very welcoming. After entering the hotel, service staff greeted us along the way. Fruits, milk and cakes were also given in the room. The overall feeling was very warm and we felt at home!

The hygiene of the parent-child room we booked was worrying. The child woke up with small red spots on his face the next morning. When I was about to wash my hair in the morning, I saw a red pair of underwear in the hair dryer. It was so disgusting!
The hotel negotiated twice to reduce the room rate from 20% to 50%. It was really interesting~ In the middle, they told me that the leader had stayed in this room before. That means that the leader stayed and left my underwear here. I hope I understand... I really can't understand it. Hotel hygiene has always been a concern for everyone. It's okay if the windows and floors are a little dusty. I don't want to talk about these. But the result and method of handling it like this. First, it makes people feel uncomfortable. Second, the result is also unsatisfactory. Then I can only complain to the headquarters.
I advise those with or without children not to choose this hotel. Poor hygiene and poor service

I stay here almost every week and it feels very good 👍 Pet-friendly. I booked a room near the elevator on the first floor, but I was afraid of the noise, so I moved to the 5th floor. The room is clean and bright
