Conrad Chongqing

The room is quite spacious, very new, and clean. The bathtub by the window with a city view is lovely, and the private butler was very responsive. Recommended. The only downside is that traffic in the surrounding area can be a bit congested, but it's very convenient with convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes all nearby.

The facilities were brand new and luxurious, and the room was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and they even upgraded me to a river view room. It was a wonderful experience.

I stayed at the Conrad for four nights. On the fourth night, perhaps due to a complimentary upgrade, the showerhead sprayed everywhere and the air conditioning never got cool enough, causing me to wake up multiple times feeling hot. It was too late to contact staff, but the front desk and guest relations were exceptionally nice. The staff member who delivered fruit knocked twice and then immediately swiped their card to enter the room. I mentioned this incident to another staff member. When I checked out, a male front desk agent offered a complimentary minibar, and the guest center comped my breakfast. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose Conrad Chongqing again next time! The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around, and more importantly, you get to see the Yangtze River International (｡ì _ í｡) Absolutely amazing!

Melody from hotel management provided excellent service, maintaining constant communication and promptly fulfilling our requests. The complimentary minibar and welcome fruit selection in the room were also a generous touch.

Traveling with a family of five, the hotel is very new and the service in all aspects is excellent, the environment is fantastic. The hotel has a grand feel to it. The breakfast buffet is very rich.

The hotel's location is excellent, right downstairs there's a market, shops, and places to eat and have late-night snacks! I always love staying at Conrad, and it's consistently good! The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are cozy, and the night view is absolutely stunning! Melody's service was very attentive and she patiently helped us. Definitely a five-star review! I'll choose Conrad again next time I visit Chongqing!
