SENSE SCENE HOTEL (Chongqing Hongya Cave)

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was really clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the location was super convenient for sightseeing. The reception staff, Yanzi and Xiao Zhuo, were friendly and attentive and gave great recommendations for food. The overall experience was excellent. It’s definitely worth staying here!

The hotel was great, the rooms were amazing, same goes for the view. Everything was very clean. The receptionists Yuan Yuan, Xiao Liu were very helpful. In general all the staff were very (VERY) nice!

Xiao Lei and Xiao Xu were incredible at their jobs and helped us with our stay which was a bit complicated (trying to combine reservations together). The hotel itself was easy to find and navigate to. Rooms were spacious, clean, and smoke free (very important to me). There’s a bit of construction happening in the building and on the streets but pretty manageable with the sound insulation.

it’s walkable to hongya cave. room is pretty clean, but the drain system might be improved as sometimes it could get clogged in the shower and have foul smell. another thing to improve is the laundry area as there are only two washing machines and two dryers. hotel rooms are located at 9th and 12th floor and lifts are pretty slow so do leave early if you’re in a rush during checkout timings as it can be pretty crowded. slightly confusing to find the hotel in the first place after alighted didi. just go down the stairs into something like an apartment’s lobby and take the lift from there. there should be bigger signage to let people know how to get into the hotel lobby.

Excellent experience in this hotel. Friendly staff , great service and great bed. It’s super big so we can all sleep together . Location is 10/10 walking distance to all famous spot and photo worthy areas . We will be back . We really like it here . The hotel is located at level 12 so abit difficult to spot from the road .
