環境差牆皮脱落，輩子 枕頭有黃色污漬，前台一個服務員一個比較好，一個態度極差，我們房間門鎖是壞的根本鎖不上，沒辦法換了個房間住，結果還是一樣鎖不上，不過好在比上個房間多了個窗，這些都不是重點，重點是我覺得應該存在安全隱患，我中午給孩子送飯去，房間盡然進人了，我沒有退房也沒告訴打掃，進房間是不是應該知會一聲呢？果斷退房帶孩子又找了一家酒店，價錢一樣位置好，最重要的是乾淨還安全
