Absolutely amazing staff. The speak great English and helped me locate my lost headphones I left in a Didi car. Room was very clean and the view was great.

The hotel was located on the kuixing tower, which was the tower where its level 20 & 1 at the same time. hotel itself was not the cleanest but what you pay is what you get!

The hotel don't have a signage at front of hotel, so locating it is difficult especially for foteigners. Location is fantastic as it is closed to hotspots for tourists and the nearest metro is only 250 meters away via the exit on the 22nd floor. Convenient Shops and eateries are nearby.

Our room is nice and clean. The hotel location is good, not far from Hongyadong and the 22nd Square. The girls at reception are nice and helpful, especially Xue Qi, who speaks English well. The shower leaked, and they got someone to fix it.
