The hotel was clean and in a great location. It was super convenient to catch a taxi, and the subway entrance was right outside. Raffles City was also just across the street. They even kindly upgraded our room, which was a nice touch. This will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Chongqing!

She assisted extensively with organising our transport to the airport and took care of our luggage with such efficiency and warmth – it made our departure stress-free. The hotel itself is in a great location, convenient for exploring the area, and perfect for families. Travelling as a family of five from Australia, we often find it challenging to get the right level of service and space, but Maiyue Hotel ticked all the boxes. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff genuinely cared about our stay. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines excellent service, a central location, and a family-friendly vibe – especially for larger families – look no further. The location is fantastic, very convenient for getting around. It's right next to Raffles City, and you can see it as soon as you exit Exit 1 of Chaotianmen Metro Station. The sky hotel offers an amazing view, the front desk service is great, and the river view from our room at night was beautiful. The bedding was comfortable, and my child absolutely loved it! 😍

The hotel is directly opposite Raffles City, with a subway station right downstairs – an absolutely superb location! The views from the hotel are also great, with all rooms offering river views. However, there were some issues with the room facilities. The toilet flush was incredibly loud; using it at night would definitely wake up anyone else in the room.
