Experience was fantastic! The hotel room was superrr comfortable and clean! Worth paying for it! Service was excellent!

The hotel was beautiful as well as the room. The location is great around some shopping, street food and 15 min walk away from the light temple looking building! We have to say a big thank you to our assigned assistant during our stay, Yuyuan. She helped us with our food orders, room functions, recommendations and with booking all the activities (photoshoot, spa and tea service) Highly recommend the hotel!

Xiaomei housekeeping service is excellent. Helped solved a few different problems I had, and the hotel’s storm spa and afternoon tea were excellent. The service is all very professional. Would love to come back!

Stayed at SEYA Panoramic Hotel Chongqing for my birthday and genuinely had such a great experience. The hotel provides a 24/7 butler service and my butler 月亮 was incredibly responsive, courteous and attentive throughout the stay. She went out of her way to help me settle food arrangements as a traveller, which I really appreciated. I also received complimentary wine, which made the stay feel extra thoughtful. The butler service also handled small requests efficiently, including having items delivered via a small service robot, which added a fun, futuristic touch. The room itself was stunning - the view from level 51 was insane, especially at night. Sitting in the blue-lit bathtub overlooking the Chongqing skyline honestly felt like living in a cyberpunk movie scene. Amenities were great too: projector, sound system, bathtub, heated toilet, and overall the room felt very well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel also included a complimentary Storm Spa experience. Sessions were limited to 30 minutes and required advance booking, but the experience itself was really immersive and unique. Overall, a really memorable stay with excellent service. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Chongqing.

The hotel facilities are very complete, everything is available, the preview is very large, the pool inside the room was incredible, access to the Storm Spa was included for free, amazing stay for our Honeymoon, and the housekeeper yuyuan was great 🙏

Wonderful stay in a 270 panoramic corner room with a huge bath and great views. The staff were exceptional - special mentions to Shanyue, Yuyuan, Mool and KK for their wonderful attention, really they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable - thank you. Thank you also to the exceptional room cleaning staff, we appreciate you. Just be aware that the onsite bar closes as 8pm and there is also no laundry for underclothes.

Very nice and chic hotel situated right in the Finanical Centre building across the walking street. Our personal butler Ms Moon was very attentive and helpful with our requirments. Execellent service and nice hotel to stay in.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with a higher floor that offers a beautiful, open view of the city. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the biggest highlights was the massive jacuzzi bath/pool inside the room. It was honestly one of the craziest things I’ve ever seen in a hotel, and it was exactly as advertised. The 24 hour butler service also made the stay feel even more special. Our butlers, Yuyuan and Lulu, were both incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Overall, the experience was incredible. Everything from the service to the room quality exceeded expectations, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
