Mcsrh Hotel（Chongqing Monument to the people's Liberation Pedestrian Street）

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave us a free upgrade! The room was clean and hygienic, with a huge bed and a great wet/dry bathroom separation. We liked it so much we extended our stay. Housekeeping was also very prompt, and any questions we had were answered super quickly via WeChat by the front desk. The location is excellent – within walking distance to Jiefang Street, Kuixing Tower, Shibati, Bayi Food Street, and Hongyadong! The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing could be a little better, but overall, I highly recommend this place!

Overall, it's great value for money. You can walk to attractions in any direction from the hotel. The small shops near the hotel are also delicious, you basically can't go wrong. The front desk service is very professional. The room I checked into was street-facing, and I was forced to wake up early by the speaker from the snack shop downstairs 😓. After discussing it, I was moved to a room facing the residential area. They told me it had no window, but it actually has a small one, and it's super quiet and comfortable. The room is clean, and the bed in the king room is genuinely big ❤️. All facilities are well-equipped. However, the sound insulation in the hallway could be improved. When you encounter rude guests who come back making a lot of noise, it's really... But considering the location and value for money, it's still acceptable.

The hotel is clean and looks just like the pictures. It's within walking distance to Jiefangbei, Bayi Square, Shancheng Embankment, and Shibati. Taking the subway is also very convenient! Luzumiao Temple is right next door, but it gets a bit noisy at night, and the soundproofing isn't great.

The hotel is quite easy to find, located on the second floor right by the roadside, and it's convenient for getting around; nowhere feels too far. However, as soon as I entered the lobby, the scent was a bit overwhelming – an indescribable smell, almost like insecticide. I had to leave the room door open for over half an hour after checking in… Thankfully, the room itself was odorless later on. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, and the room looked pretty much like the pictures online.

The room was clean and well-equipped. It's a fantastic location, only about a 5-minute walk to Jiefangbei, and there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs which is super handy for grabbing anything you need.

Great service, clean environment, and a very comfortable stay! Highly recommend!

Great service and clean rooms. The experience is just as good as staying at hotels like Ji Hotel or Orange Hotel.
