Although the room in the photos looks very luxurious, the reality is quite different. The room is in need of renovation and the furniture needs to be replaced. The furniture is stained and the bathroom is worn out. The ceiling shower is in poor condition, and even the smoke detector is hanging loose. The walls were cracked and some tiles were broken in places. There was also a large amount of dust inside the room along the window. The housekeeping staff do not even make the effort to clean it because it is difficult to reach. However, the dust is inside the room, which is unacceptable. The furniture is extremely worn. If you are still unsure, take a look at the photos yourself. The only positive thing about this hotel is its beautiful location. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Booked a room with a friend, and our experience was just as bad. The front desk service was poor, the room wasn't clean, and there was no hot water at all – the bathtub only had cold water. The projector was upside down and incredibly difficult to operate, plus the image was so blurry it was unwatchable. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The hotel offers excellent service. When I needed laundry done or extra bottles of water, the front desk was quick to respond. The location is also fantastic, with many food options downstairs, and it's close to Raffles City. Being near the MRT station makes getting around very convenient.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, can't fault it. Both the river view and city view are beautiful, but it's a bit of a lottery – if your room is on a lower floor, it's not as impressive. The hotel offers laundry service; they said it would be ready in five hours, but I wasn't notified until 18 hours later that it was done. A bit frustrating.
