Home2 Suites by Hilton Chongqing Wanzhou

Thank you to the front desk for upgrading us to a suite because we had a lot of luggage. The room was spacious and had a beautiful river view, which was very pleasant. The room facilities were all new and well-maintained. The air conditioning was relatively quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. While facing the river and the road, it was a bit noisy, but tolerable. The laundry equipment was excellent, using LG commercial washer-dryers, which were fast, efficient, and very user-friendly. The breakfast quality met Hui Ting's consistent standards. On the first day, which wasn't a weekend, it wasn't crowded, so the experience was good. On the second and third days, which were weekends, it was crowded, and the cleanliness was noticeably compromised. There were grease stains on the tables and chairs, and food left on the floor… Also, the fruit and corn on the cob weren't very fresh, and this was the case on all three days. However, the Wanzhou fried sauce noodles were delicious; we ate them for all three days!

The room is clean and fully equipped with a microwave and a small refrigerator. There is a park in front of the hotel. You can see the Three Bridges from the room. The transportation is convenient. Xiaolan and Xiaowu at the front desk are warm and professional. I will choose this hotel next time.
